Daniel Cloud
Senior Programmer/Producer
Daniel Cloud is the Senior Programmer/Producer for the University of Miami School of Communication’s Knight Center for International Media. He holds a master’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC, Cloud worked on numerous multimedia projects, often working as a programmer and videographer. He was the student producer for South of Here, which won a 2008 Online News Association award for student journalism. Cloud has a bachelor of arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he also completed minors in Computer Science and Film Studies. Before coming to the University of Miami, Cloud worked as an online content producer for the Rocky Mountain News. He produced interactive presentations for the Rocky, including their 2008 election map.
