On Cities is an effort centered at the Knight Center for International Media to use media for engaging individuals and institutions around the world in better understanding urban challenges and sharing inspiring stories of urban innovation across borders.

On October 22, 2012 this page will be the venue for a virtual international gathering of people around the premiere of the non-verbal film ON CITIES. The purpose of the gathering is to engage in a cross-border conversation about the future of life in cities and to launch collaborative initiatives aimed at finding solutions to urban challenges.
